Beyond Technology
First of all, the Beyond Technology article is very provocative. "Truly educated people of the next century will not apply for jobs, they will create their own", this will definitely not be the case. There are only so many successful jobs out there, and the ratio of successful versus unsuccessful jobs that are created is very high.
The IBM fact is very intriguing, I do believe that in SOME aspects, working out of your home will be likely, ONLY technology based. Obviously doctors, salesmen, and laborers cannot work at home from a computer. The thought of working at home saves companies significant amounts of money on maintaining costs of buildings/electricity/oil/ etc... It is a very innovative way to save money while getting the same amount done, the only restraint is physical contact, if needed.

My Ideal Job
In the next two years I hope to be graduated from the University of Maine with a major in Kinesiology - Exercise Science. Though it is not an ideal goal to graduate and jump right into a head strength and conditioning coach at the collegiate level, it is a desire of mine. My plan is to graduate and work my way up, I eventually want to be working with divison 1 athletes - if not at the professional level. A way that I can pursue my endeavor's is to work hard at what I do and try to land an internship working with athletes at the collegiate level.
The Secret's Behind Creatine
Long term use of creatine has not shown and adverse side effects on humans. Though there have been no long term studies done, there have been little to no negative findings.
But there have been positive side effects: Feel stronger, lack of the feeling of lactic acid build up (burn while working muscles), muscles increase in size (water retention),
There have only been two noticeably negative side effects: Excessive use can cause kidney stones (very rare), possibility of gas and bloating.
Research has yet to be done on the heart, because this is also a muscle, which creatine does effect.

Election 2008
Im glad to see that the election is over and all of the BS is done with. Though I did not really have a stance in the race I believe that whatever happens, happens for a reason. The thing that many people do not understand is that one man cannot change the world, he can contribute, but not solely. I found it kind of funny that the Europeans/Africans/Middle Easterns and numerous others were so tuned in to our election. Foreigners cheered when they heard that we had a new president, a democrat that was promising the world...he will definitely be tested and I hope for the best...who knows why all of these people were so happy? Is it because we are a "new, less dominating" country military wise or is it because we are now considered a "push over". I am excited to see, we will be tested...

Security Guard cannot afford Obama
A security guard in Denver elaborates on the downs of Obama becoming the potential favorite for the 2008 presidential election. According to her she says that literally she would not be able to afford to live if Obama becomes president because of his plan for the economy. Obama's plan for the economy is going to cost everyone...McCain is definitely the safe bet for the future of the U.S.
